We will check your application documents and get back to you by phone within a week. In this first conversation we want to introduce ourselves.
Next, we invite you to get to know us personally. You can also spend a trial workday with us.
We will give you our feedback within a week. If we are a good match, we sign a contract and look forward to a great collaboration.
Until then, you are welcome at all intension events.

How can I apply?

Which documents are important for my application?
Your CV and, if you are applying for a dual study programme, also your school report.
Can I also apply on my own initiative?
Of course! We look forward to receiving your application at jobs@intension.de.
Can I apply for more than one position?
That is also possible! Just write in your email which positions you are interested in or which tasks your heart beats for.
Can I write my thesis at intension?
Yes, that is possible. If you are interested, just come to us with your ideas!
Is intension also looking for interns and working students?
Of course, we are happy about any support, whether intern or working student. Just get in touch with us!

Can I do a dual study programme at intension?
Yes. we offer the dual study programme – Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (B.Sc.) in cooperation with the dual university of Baden Württemberg in Stuttgart.

How does the interview work?
We will arrange an appointment with you.
Of course, we would be happy to meet you on site in Ostfildern, but it is also possible to get to know us online.
During the appointment, you will get to know us better – who we are, what we do and how we work. And we get to know you, too. We exchange ideas on general topics and on the advertised position. And you have time to ask us your questions and clarify details.
What is the best way to prepare for the interview?
Just be yourself!
We like an open and relaxed communication. We just want to get to know you personally.
We are happy to learn something about you. Why does your heart, for example, beat for software development? What are you passionate about, what do you like to do and what are you not so keen on? What do you expect from the job and from us?
